After the Introductory Period ends, the APR is variable and is based upon an index and a margin. The variable APR will apply to the outstanding balance as of the end of the Introductory Period. Maximum APR is 18.0%; minimum APR is 4.0%. Margin, rate and payment amount may vary based on property value, loan amount, creditworthiness and other factors. Property insurance is required; flood insurance may be required depending on the location of the collateral.
